Our Shop Service
We use the latest 128 Bit SSL technology to ensure your personal data is kept secure. When we receive your order we will ship as soon as possible, we use sophisticated stock control methods to ensure that no item is knowingly oversold, therefore reducing back ordered stock. If there is a problem with your order we will contact you and work with you to resolve the issue. Please note that no Contract of Sale exists until we issue a Sales confirmation/ Despatch notice.
RIF’s (Realistic Imitation Firearms)
Important: We unfortunately will not be able to sell RIF's to buyers outside of the British Isles so please do not purchase these unless your verified delivery address is within those territories and you provide the relevent proof of entitlement such as your UKARA number. If a delivery address outside of the British Isles is provided we will not ship the item and the admin charge of £5.00 will be applied. All other money will be refunded. We are happy to ship all airsoft accessories excluding RIF's to overseas addresses.
Shipping and Handling
IMPORTANT: All deliveries must be checked by customer on receipt BEFORE signing for them. If the package is damaged customers are encouraged to ask the delivery person to check the contents with you. In cases when delivery is via a courier you can also refuse to accept the package. You should only sign for the item if you are satisfied. In all other circumstances, the package receipt should be endorsed "not checked". If you fail to follow this and a package is signed for as received in good condition we may not be able to claim compensation from delivery company.

Warranty Information
All electric rifles, spring rifles and electric pistols are covered by our 90 day warranty. This does not include Batteries or chargers supplied with weapons as these are regarded as gifts. We highly recommend that all customers replace the charger and supplied batteries as soon as practicable.
Classic Army AEG’s are sold with a 12 month warranty. This does not apply to Sportline range.All gas operated pistols including NBB, GBB and CO2 are covered by a 30 day warranty.
In the event that your item is faulty then please contact East Midlands Airsoft Ltd (sales@eastmidlandsairsoft.co.uk or 07961188876). If necessary a replacement product will be sent to you upon receipt by us of your original purchase in the original packaging. The item will be inspected by our engineer to check for signs of negligence or deliberate damage or misuse. If the damage is found to be caused by the above NO refund or replacement will be offered.
Unwanted products must be returned within 7 days and must be un-opened, un-used and in the original, undamaged packaging. Items will be checked for any missing accessories If any items are missing refunds may be refused, a credit note issued or an administration fee charged (£5.00)
All refunds will be less shipping and handling costs. Where a refund is issued for unwanted goods a £1.00 payment processing fee will be applied.
If when checked your product is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect we will resolve the problem under the terms of our warranty. Such repairs are free of charge including both parts and labour subject to the following conditions outlined below
-You must produce your original receipt as proof of purchase. -You must have made no effort to strip or repair the product must have been made. -You are responsible for meeting all transportation costs involved in repair the item. -Any breakages that result from accidental or malicious damage are not covered. -Any faults arising from misuse are not covered. -Faults that arises from any repair not previously carried out by East Midlands Airsoft Ltd are not covered. -Any upgrade that has been fitted in the product other than those installed by East Midlands Airsoft Ltd are not covered. -Any faults arising from the use of poor quality BB’s are not covered -If any Battery other than an 8.4V NIMH battery has been used the warranty is void. -For Gas Guns to be covered under warranty, No other gas than 134A must have been used.
