Our Shop Service

We have designed our Web shop with you the customer in mind, Simply select the items you wish to purchase, add them to your virtual shopping cart before proceeding to checkout. Here we will confirm your order and take your delivery details. We accept most major Credit or Debit cards as well as Paypal and bank transfers. Your Card information must be given in person or via the internet. At this time we do not accept telephone orders.

We use the latest 128 Bit SSL technology to ensure your personal data is kept secure. When we receive your order we will ship as soon as possible, we use sophisticated stock control methods to ensure that no item is knowingly oversold, therefore reducing back ordered stock. If there is a problem with your order we will contact you and work with you to resolve the issue. Please note that no Contract of Sale exists until we issue a Sales confirmation/ Despatch notice.

RIF’s (Realistic Imitation Firearms)

To comply with the requirements of the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2007, if your purchase includes any Realistic Imitation Firearm you must provide additional information. We require you to provide current proof of membership of a recognised Airsoft Site. Alternatively you can simply provide your UKARA membership number. These measures will help keep Airsoft legal in the UK and ensure a safer community for all. If any order for a RIF is received without the relevant information being supplied we will charge a £5.00 cancellation, and administration fee. All other monies will be refunded.

Important: We unfortunately will not be able to sell RIF's to buyers outside of the British Isles so please do not purchase these unless your verified delivery address is within those territories and you provide the relevent proof of entitlement such as your UKARA number. If a delivery address outside of the British Isles is provided we will not ship the item and the admin charge of £5.00 will be applied. All other money will be refunded.

We are happy to ship all airsoft accessories excluding RIF's to overseas addresses.

Shipping and Handling

We will try to despatch your order within 48 hours of receipt of funds. However at certain times this may not be possible. In nearly all cases items will clear our premises within 5 working days. In exceptional cases this may not be possible, where this occurs we will contact you to discuss your options. We use a number of different courier services to ensure we always offer the lowest priced reliable service to our customers. Shipping costs are in addition to prices displayed on our Website. If your order includes multiple items we reserve the right to amend your invoice and refund a shipping discount to you. A new invoice will be provided and funds will be refunded to your preferred payment method.

IMPORTANT: All deliveries must be checked by customer on receipt BEFORE signing for them. If the package is damaged customers are encouraged to ask the delivery person to check the contents with you. In cases when delivery is via a courier you can also refuse to accept the package. You should only sign for the item if you are satisfied. In all other circumstances, the package receipt should be endorsed "not checked". If you fail to follow this and a package is signed for as received in good condition we may not be able to claim compensation from delivery company.

Overseas Orders

PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility of to ensure that you are legally entitled to import Airsoft accessories into your country. We unfortunately will not ship RIF's (See above). East Midlands Airsoft Ltd accepts no responsibility if goods are seized by Customs officials or airport authorities in ours or any other country. Where goods are seized, destroyed, damaged through inspection or confiscated in any instance, we accept no responsibility and offer no form of refund or credit. In cases where goods are returned to us by the relevant authority, we will refund your payment for the goods minus any fines or charges imposed by that authority for the handling and return of goods. We reserve the right to withhold such refunds until goods are received by ourselves.

Products shown as available

We advertise some products as being available. These products can be purchased from East Midlands Airsoft Ltd We can order from our extensive wholesale network to ensure we offer these products at low prices. At certain times we may be unable to source these products immediately. In these cases we will contact you to discuss your order, you will be offered either a refund or the option to back order your item at our best price promise. These products are exempt from our usual despatch terms. Once received by use your order will be checked and sent within 48 hours.

VAT

All our prices include VAT. This is currently 15%. All our orders are sent with a VAT receipt. If you require a duplicate copy we can supply this at no extra cost. We request that you quote your invoice number to speed this process.

Warranty Information

See also information above on signing for deliveries.

All electric rifles, spring rifles and electric pistols are covered by our 90 day warranty. This does not include Batteries or chargers supplied with weapons as these are regarded as gifts. We highly recommend that all customers replace the charger and supplied batteries as soon as practicable.

Classic Army AEG’s are sold with a 12 month warranty. This does not apply to Sportline range.

All gas operated pistols including NBB, GBB and CO2 are covered by a 30 day warranty.

In the event that your item is faulty then please contact East Midlands Airsoft Ltd (sales@eastmidlandsairsoft.co.uk or 07961188876). If necessary a replacement product will be sent to you upon receipt by us of your original purchase in the original packaging. The item will be inspected by our engineer to check for signs of negligence or deliberate damage or misuse. If the damage is found to be caused by the above NO refund or replacement will be offered.

Unwanted products must be returned within 7 days and must be un-opened, un-used and in the original, undamaged packaging. Items will be checked for any missing accessories If any items are missing refunds may be refused, a credit note issued or an administration fee charged (£5.00)

All refunds will be less shipping and handling costs. Where a refund is issued for unwanted goods a £1.00 payment processing fee will be applied.

If when checked your product is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect we will resolve the problem under the terms of our warranty. Such repairs are free of charge including both parts and labour subject to the following conditions outlined below

-You must produce your original receipt as proof of purchase.

-You must have made no effort to strip or repair the product must have been made.

-You are responsible for meeting all transportation costs involved in repair the item.

-Any breakages that result from accidental or malicious damage are not covered.

-Any faults arising from misuse are not covered.

-Faults that arises from any repair not previously carried out by East Midlands Airsoft Ltd are not covered.

-Any upgrade that has been fitted in the product other than those installed by East Midlands Airsoft Ltd are not covered.

-Any faults arising from the use of poor quality BB’s are not covered

-If any Battery other than an 8.4V NIMH battery has been used the warranty is void.

-For Gas Guns to be covered under warranty, No other gas than 134A must have been used.
